Last update: I filed a dispute with PayPal earlier today since PayPal was the only place I had proof I'd made the purchase since nothing was showing on dA for some reason. Within a half hour my money was refunded to my PayPal and the case was closed on PayPal. I also got this on the ticket -- https://i.gyazo.com/ef444746e20aeadc080a2b29acaad6b3.png One would assume this was likely because I had indeed sent a ticket via PayPal showing I had used it lol Otherwise I can't help but wonder if things would have still been faffed about. With this refund being legit it was fast and easy. Either wya, my money was returned now and I will NOT be

SORRY FOR THE RANT IN ADVANCE So, if I have commissioned you in the past you all probably know in the last three months I have become extremely difficult/strict with how I conduct business. I'm not willing to wait longer than 3 months on a commission or require an exact deadline if the time frame needed is longer (this must be given with good reason I might add). This of course is only if I pay money all up front. I won't pay PayPal fees as it's against their terms and conditions unless it is included in the price. Even then I don't want to hear anything about paying a PayPal fee. Even though I know it is in the invoice I will not accept it
